*Prawns. Lightly floured and sauteed. Cream, lemon, cherry tomatoes and dill.

Scallops. Caramelized peaches. Prosciutto. Pickled fennel. Creme fraiche.

*8 oz Double R Ranch Top Sirloin.

(Served with choice of chef’s flaky salt or balsamic reduction)

Vegetarian Ravioli. Squash, tomato, onion, garlic and cheese. Brown butter and cream.

*Pork Chop. Stuffed with lavender~rosemary goat cheese. Honey glaze.
